Footprint Center

This building has had more names than Chris Paul has had teams, but Footprint Center finally feels like it stuck. Smack downtown in the desert, it’s a sun-baked fortress with enough AC to keep even the most sunburned fans alive. The arena itself is nice but not jaw-dropping; the real electricity comes when the Suns are rolling. Think back to the Steve Nash years, or that Finals run with Booker and CP3. It’s loud, it’s lively, and it’s one of those spots where the crowd really does make the building feel bigger than it is. Bonus: if the game’s a dud, you’re a five-minute walk from tequila.
